For booking a hotel on Hotelsinrishikesh.in, simply fill out the 'Request Form' , which you can notice on each hotel page. As soon as your request is received for the same, we will contact the hotel to check the availability status of rooms on the specified dates. If availability is confirmed, we will immediately send you an email mentioning the total billing amount along with the Bank A/C No of that hotel. After payment confirmation, you will again receive an email of booking information. Kindly take a print out of the mail and carry it along while you arrive at the hotel.
PRICING & PAYMENT:
All hotel reservations are subject to availability of rooms and rates applicable at the time of booking.
Rates and availability can be guaranteed after total payment has been made.
Kids' tarrif will apply to children aged below 12 years. Those above 12 years of age will be treated as adults.
If cancellation is done up to 72 hours before check-in date or on the same date as that of arrival, it will be treated as a NO-SHOW. No refunds will be done in this case.
If cancellation is made more than 72 hours before check-in date, we will deduct only 15% of the total cost of stay as cancellation fees.
If you cancel bookings online, refunds may take at least 7 working days to process.
[Note : We have the sole right to charge additional penalties during peak season.]
CHANGES / MODIFICATIONS:
Online modification fees would be Rs 300/- plus the difference in rate of rooms.
